Refund Policy for Documentary Award Entry

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Indian Documentary Photo Collective’s Documentary Award. Please read the following refund policy carefully before submitting your entry:

• All entry fees are non-refundable: Once the entry fee of ₹500 is paid and the submission is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• No withdrawal after submission: After a contestant submits their entry, they will not be allowed to withdraw their application or request a refund of the entry fee.
• Disqualification does not warrant a refund: If a submission is disqualified due to non-compliance with the rules or eligibility criteria, the entry fee will not be refunded.
• Duplicate submissions: If a contestant submits multiple entries and wishes to retract one, the fee for the retracted entry will not be refunded.
• Technical issues: We are not responsible for technical problems that may prevent a contestant from completing their submission. Please ensure your entry is complete and submitted successfully before the deadline.
