Eligibility and General Rules

• You must be over 18 years and below 40 years.
• By entering, you accept all the competition rules.
• The competition is open to amateur and mid-ranged (3 to 10 years of experience) photographers.
• By entering, you allow InDPC to receive and review your registration data, including personal data like name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 images at 72 dpi (JPGs – sRGB/ RGB) from an unpublished body of work
• Minimum 1500 pixels on the longest side
• Please name your images as follows: Name-Surname-imageNumber.jpg
  Example: Eugene-Smith-01.jpg, Eugene-Smith-02.jpg …
• One Project statement within 250 words (optional)
• One Artist Bio (optional)
• One Curriculum Vitae (optional)

What We Are Looking For

We like to reward photographers who do not follow the trends and establish their own, unique aesthetic.

We seek visual storytellers with uncommon ideas, courage, and a distinct personality—artists showing us their innermost thoughts and their souls through their work.

The capability to investigate your surroundings and your everyday routines and unveil the underlying poetry, drama, and beauty of it is what we are looking for.

We also strive to award visual storytellers who capture the awe-inducing rituals, routines, and actions people celebrate on this planet, as well as the harm and destruction they may cause.

Additional Guidelines

• With the latest edition, you can add titles and captions.
• You are allowed to submit more than one entry, as long as the images are from different bodies of work.
• It does not matter when you started this work.
• If you create a work with another photographer, you can submit jointly.
• Images should not be digitally altered (adding/removing subjects).
• AI-generated images are strictly not allowed.

Charges

• Up to 10 images: Rs. 500
• After that, per additional image: Rs. 100
